Nalena nails 2 West Ridge Rd/ Spencerport

I went in to get bridal nails done only to have to find another salon to remove them and do a better job. Included are the inspo pics I shared in person, discussed over the phone prior, and pointed out several times during the appt only to be gaslit into being told that my wants and expectations are wrong, inaccurate, and unreasonable. I was asked if I liked what was being done only to be shut down when I would try to make any comment. I gave up after a while and told myself I’ll just have to be stuck with them or get them redone. I also want to note my dress was not traditional white hence the inspo pics. The cuticle work alone is quite genuinely atrocious, not to mention the terrible shaping and thickness of the nails. Always welcoming and great experience. These girls take care of you! Anything you want they can do. Always helpful at picking out the perfect color, style and they will taylor to your needs. The pedicure massages will put you to sleep! Nalena will always be my go to. I have been going for 8 years and never disappointed

I came in to get a simple gel nail on my natural nail and was not disappointed. They did not rush and really took the time to make sure my nails came out good and even gave me a hand massage. I'm new to the are and have tried many different spots around spencerport/ogden. This by far has been my favorite and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The salon was also very clean and well kept.
