This 1-star rating is given exclusively because the owners of this establishment have chosen to physically block the established access path leading directly to the Glacier Ridge Sports Dome parking lot. By blocking the use of the Manitou Road entrance/exit to the Glacier Ridge parking lot, they are forcing 100% of traffic onto the already congested entrance/exit on West Ridge Road. After years of unimpeded access, this is unacceptable. The access has been continuous for over 10 years so this might even be blocking a prescriptive easement. What should be a quick, easy exit after an event or practice turns into a massive, frustrating traffic queue that moves at a crawl. This block significantly slows down the entire exit process and adds unnecessary time and stress to the end of the night

I appreciate that Paul knows how I like my hair cut. The entire staff is friendly, and always a comfortable environment.

I think it’s so nice that they are protecting their customers by blocking the thruway further preventing more accidents from happening at the corner as I once was a victim of one.
