DONT GO HERE. horrible experience. i did a walk in nail apt; they rushed through me, didn’t allow me to choose color . i asked for navy blue, she started painting a teal , i told her i didn’t like it and she said well i can’t change it you have to have one layer of teal. and then just chose another blue color for me. i had to request her to remove the sloppy painting that was all over my finger. and then she forced me to tip at the end, i wasn’t allowed to leave until i showed them i tipped on venmo.

I’ve been going to this salon for over a year, and during my last visit they charged me extra for the time the nail technician spent doing my gel refill. This was certainly disrespectful to me and to their own employees, especially since I’ve been a regular customer and have never been charged extra before. I would not recommend this salon. The owner is very rude and constantly checks my nails during the process, as if the service is being done incorrectly. This is uncomfortable and unnecessary. The nail technician, on the other hand, is very professional, and I have never had to go back to fix any nails. This salon should treat customers with more care and not take issues out on them. I would not recommend visiting this salon.

I came in for a refill, and one of my nails was broken. I was informed there would be an additional $8 charge to fix the broken nail. Unfortunately, the repair was done poorly. Lisa applied a tip that was too narrow for the shape of my nail, which made it look uneven and misshaped. When I pointed it out, she placed a wider tip on top of the original one instead of correcting it properly, and in the process, she cut the skin around the nail. The total cost came to $59 before tip. At the front desk, I was asked whether I would leave cash for the tip or have it added to my card. Considering the quality of the service, I was very dissatisfied, especially given the high price. For this cost, I expected professional work and a clean, well-finished result—unfortunately, that is not what I receive

On October 4th, I visited the salon for a basic manicure and pedicure service, requesting only standard nail polish — no French manicure, gel, or other enhancements. Unfortunately, the services I received did not meet even a reasonable standard of care or professionalism. Specifically, the manicure was poorly executed, with visible polish on my cuticles and an overall uneven, untidy appearance. Additionally, despite allowing the recommended drying time before leaving the salon, the polish on both of my big toes was improperly set. Within two hours, the polish had visibly shifted and appeared smudged and deformed. Given the substandard quality of the services provided, this experience was a complete waste of both time and financial resources! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Not

I got dip powder with French tips, and my nail teach did such a great job. She took her time, and nothing hurt throughout the appointment. Love this place will defiantly be coming back.
