I’ve been going to this salon for years and I always leave super happy. What I love the most is the quality of the nails. I’m really picky, and it’s so important to me that the cuticles are perfectly clean and the polish is applied thin and neat, almost like my natural nails. I’ve been with a few different nail techs there and I have always been completely satisfied with both my manicure and pedicure. The staff are really friendly and the customer service is great too. If you’re unsure about a color or need to move an appointment, they’re always super helpful and flexible. Even if there’s no spot on the day you want, they put you on a waitlist and call if someone cancels. Requested a nice sheer green color… which turned gray in less than 48 hours. Service is sometimes excellent and sometimes so so… Not worth the $100++ price point

booked with Nails Lab because I know one of the girls there through my clients, and I’ve even recommended people to go there because of her. After my $100 pedicure, I was in so much pain from the excessive cutting that I inspected my feet an hour later, only to find chipped nails and polish already peeling. When I contacted them right away, management told me it wasn’t their fault that the color chipped. I offered to come back the next morning, but due to work and traffic I couldn’t, so they accommodated me in the evening. I was fine with that as long as they compensated my next pedicure which I booked in two weeks, since I had to waste extra time and go out of my way to fix it. Instead, management refused and basically said they were fine losing a client. Well, they did. $100 wasted. Wor
