Nails Touch

I found this place on TikTok, and after seeing the good reviews, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I clearly asked for a square nail shape, and that is not what I received. Even after explaining what I wanted, they did not listen or try to fix it. The staff was unprofessional, talking mess during my appointment, which made the environment very uncomfortable. During the service, I was cut, and there was no apology given. The lady who started my nails was very rude and ran over all my cuticles which hurt luckily only one was cut open. To make things worse, they still asked for a tip afterward. The customer service was very poor, and I left feeling disrespected and unhappy with my nails. I do not recommend this nail shop to anyone. I would give

Macy is a sweetheart and she's very talented!! Great atmosphere with happy people. Clean supplies, and I had a wonderful pedicure and full set manicure with designs. I will definitely be back!

Love it here! I've been a regular for almost a year. I had an unfortunate manicure somewhere else but Nails Touch fixed it! Everyone is friendly and cares about your nails. Macy the owner is always so sweet and welcoming. Good at designs! Met Nancy and Rose today for mani/pedi and they're wonderful too! Good senses of humor. I always leave feeling pretty!

Amazing staff who did my nails exactly how I wanted them too and were very polite!! First time coming here and I’ll definitely be coming back every time! :)

Rose is amazing I swear she gives the best pedis she takes her time and really does a fanatic job start to finishes she is sweet, funny and she communicates well she gives great foot massages too omg I’m coming back for sure. Nancy omg she is amazing sweet and funny she is absolutely amazing at pedis and she listens and takes her time she is such a joy when I walk in she instantly smiles an offers water and idk her nice is great I can truly relax in a safe , clean , funny, great environment Macy is such an amazing nail artist she really focuses her shop on clients and what we need an like she and her girls go way beyond and such talented ladies
