Nails Today & Spa

I went to get a polish changed they such a terrible job the polish looks chunky and bulky. I have air pockets and the gel lifted off one of my nails. I had a bad experience before and my bestfriend said give them another change and they learned nothing. Worst decision I made going in there to get any type of service done. The place just looks good but there is no talent there.

Worst customer service ever!! How are you about to polish my nails, but another customer wanted the same polish you give it to them. Proceed to tell me it's okay wait! NO THAT'S WRONG!! YOU TELL THEM IT'S IN USE RIGHT NOW. CAN YOU WAIT UNTIL I'M FINISH MY CUSTOMER NAILS OR PICK ANOTHER COLOR! MY NAILS ARE SO UGLY EXTRA SHARP LIKE KNIVES ON THE TIPS! YOU DONT MAKE TREAT CUSTOMER LIKE THAT ESPECIALLY LOYAL ONE. HOPEFULLY MIMI ADDRESS THE ISSUE AND FIX IT ASAP!!

This was by far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had, and I strongly recommend that people avoid this shop. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. The place seemed disorganized, and nothing about the setup made me feel comfortable or cared for as a customer. The work itself was rushed and sloppy. My nails were uneven, bulky, and poorly shaped, and they started lifting way sooner than they should have. When I politely pointed out the issues, the owner was extremely rude and nasty in their response. Instead of trying to fix the problem or make things right, they were dismissive and had a bad attitude the entire time. Usually when I come, they are nice. But today was terrible. My pinky was burning from the chemical and she made it seem like it was my fault. Also nails are so uneven. She was very nice. I don’t want to go to her if I come back.

It was an okay experience could be better. My pedicure was amazing ($55) and my full set could have been way better. The owner did them and it was bulky but she heard my concerns and fixed them she was also busy so we kept stopping ($60) Update* my nails are peeling so much .
