Nails Today Salon

I'm sadly disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. After a pedicure, I was unhappy with the length of my nails, which were cut too short. Additionally, the nail technician failed to properly moisturize my heels, leaving them dry and unchanged. When I brought this to their attention, I was unimpressed with their response, which dismissed my concerns. As a paying customer, I expect better quality service. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations and left me feeling like I could have done a better job myself at home. I hope they take my feedback seriously and improve their services.

Jeremy is wonderful. He does an amazing job so if you do go here, ask for him. He takes care of you and is very attentive. Jessica, however, is not. Right off the bat I asked for round nails and she said “No, we’ll do square.” Then she *allowed* for some rounding of just the edges as if she was doing me a favor. Her tools any time I’ve gotten her are never sharp so they tug on my cuticles. When we got to the nail polish, it was streaky and imprecise, and too far away from the cuticle so it looked as though my nails were a week old. I just felt as though she was rushing. See pictures, they were taken the day after. You can see the top coat wasn’t put on the whole nail and the pinky has a weird swirl to it.

3 days ago I had gotten a no-chip manicure at Nails Today. Within 2.5 days they were all beginning to chip on the corners. I only got my nails done there because I had a gift certificate given as a present to me. I usually go to Nails 4 you in Elk Grove (shoutout to them!). My nails lasted 24 days with the amount of chips I had gotten in 2.5 days. This really disappoints me because of the amount of money it is to get nails done these days. On top of the disappointing chipped- no chip polish, we had an inconvenience with an eye brow waxing. When my mom went in to get her brows waxed, she was frustrated by the results. I had a very bad experience at this shop and have never been treated this bad anywhere before. I had a no chip Mani and a pedicure. The young man who did my pedicure was very nice and did a good job, then I had a lady do my manicure and she was rude, only talking to her coworkers in her language. When it came time to pay they charged $5 more to take off the old which was hardly there and that part of the nail was cut off anyway, so it went from $65 to $70 okay. I paid the bill and was giving $3 to each tech and the girl threw the receipt down and said It says 20% tip, so I said that is not compulsory and she told me to not come back again. I said shame on you and as I was walking out the owner said if I don't want to spend the money I should never come back there again, shocked is putting

We called before going they quoted 42 for a full set we made an appointment and My daughter went to get a full set and they took advantage of her they over charged her. they charged her 70 for a full set nothing else done. The lady was rude when my daughter question the price. I told my daughter not to tip her and the lady got mad because we decided not to tip due to an over charge of the nails and the lady’s attitude. Her nails are not even this is the worst job I’ve seen so far. we will never come to this place again they take advantage of teens with the ridiculous prices. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Even though we did not tip the lady added 14 dollars more as her tip on the bill charging us 84 dollars for a simple full set. I will be calling my bank to dispute the charge
