Got my hair done with them, wow, the result was just wow. They use high end products that you can feel right away your hair is smooth and soft, smells divine 😀 loved the atmosphere and customer service. Thanks girlzzzz

I feel terrible leaving this review because the staff was incredibly kind, but this is NOT the place to get your nails done. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes to receive the WORST no chip mani/pedi I have paid for in years. Overpriced and not worth the time or money for the service.

I called to salon to schedule last minute appointment. Lady over the phone was very polite and was able to squeeze me in My hair was done by incredible talented hair colorist. She used new technique and best quality products. I left very satisfied with my hair color and new hair style. Highly recommend this beauty salon.

My sister and I had our hair and makeup done here for my nephews wedding. Wonderful experience from the minute we walked in the door. Makeup artist and hair stylist were both top notch ... Owner was very accommodating as well! We loved everything about the visit. Since The Westin Chicago Northwest was the wedding venue and we were both staying there, it was super convenient to just head downstairs for the services we needed. If you are staying at the Westin for a wedding (or anything at all) visit this salon for a great look! Super pleased!!!

I brought my wife here after getting out of a rehab center…. The personnel at the Spa were fantastic, very professional, attentive and patient with her - she had suffered a stroke and her mobility is limited , but to all of the spa employees this was not an issue. They made her feel special and beautiful again so we will visit this place every time She needs this type of TLC. Could not have picked a better place for a facial, pedicure waxing & manicure. Thank You!
