I think customer service is super important in an overall review and will therefore allow it to carry the review closer to the 5 star mark over negative feedback. The customer service here is superb, they “treat you like family”, the mood was lighthearted between the workers and owners, the employees talked to me like they’ve known me my whole life and made me feel comfortable. I had a French shellac manicure ($45) and basic + shellac pedicure ($50). My pedicurist did a great job with everything, except they really don’t do any leg or foot massage, maybe one minute each leg total, I don’t recall a foot massage at all. It’s strictly pedicure with their $35 basic option, no relaxing aspect at all. I’ve had a million pedicures and sometimes I notice nail salons do this for the $30 or $35 pe

We just left and my wife and I are blown away! These were the nicest and most polite ladies and gentleman we've experienced at a nail salon in maybe ever. First of all the customer service was fantastic. 5 stars AAA++++. They greated us outside and opened the door for us. They were inviting and their charisma and chemistry towards us gave us a very warm and friendly feeling. Check and check. They were very knowledgeable about their products and pricing. A little upselling is expected at a nail salon - yet the staff was very polite and not pushy in this regard. Anyway, we elected for the deluxe to treat ourselves after a long camping trip. We had planned to get the warming stones and this is a typical package at most salons. I found their pricing quite competitive in here and a bargain at $

Let me just start by saying PLEEEEEEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I have NEVER been treated like this. I started with making an appointment. From the moment I arrived they were super short with me. I should have walked out then! No colors were offered to choose from. So I tried to show “Trish/Tish” a picture of what I would like. She literally just kept saying “I got it, I got it.” (She DIDN’T have anything!!) She had some guy doing my nails and he kept messing up and starting over 3x. The guy doing my feet cut me twice on my toe and once on my heal. He was just looking around the (EMPTY) room NOT PAYING ATTENTION. Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this place! TOP NOTCH ** HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ PRODUCT **

I am visiting the area and needed my nails done. I am so glad I went to Nails and Spa of Montgomery. Such nice people and what a beautiful nail fill manicure I received. I told my nail Lady that I would have to take her with me after the beautiful job that she did. Thank you so much.
