The door said they opened at 10 am. They weren't there. I was there to treat mom and myself. I was ready to leave and find someone else but momma made me wait. They showed up an hour later. A toe was cut, by a woman talking, most likely on her phone. She was moving through too fast and not playing attention and she cut my toe. Then asked me if she cut my toe. Crazy. The man did my manicure. He couldn't do powder so I settled for gel. No lotion and I don't know if he forgot or if it's normal for them, this was my first visit, the hard skin beside may nails was never cut off. Mom loved them, and looks past quirks, but I don't apply waiting so long, getting a toe cut and still having to go to someone to cut off the hard skin. To each their own.

This place is disgusting. It smells horrible. They don’t sterilize and package there tools. They have these plexiglass sheets hanging over your ankles at the pedicure spots. The guy continued to ram my leg into the glass. The massage lasted maybe 5 minutes. For cuticle remover he dipped out of this large vat of Vaseline that just sat there with no lid or anything. This was AFTER he’d used the tool on my toes. 🤢🤮 I’m not from Louisiana but this place would be shut down in Texas. Not sure how the regulations work here. I’m not sure what lotion he put on my feet but they’re so dry and cracked now. The polish job was just as bad but that seems minute compared to the rest. I’m so glad I didn’t let them do my nails. If you’re used to salon standards like in Texas. Do not go here. Oh and t

Don't really recommend for acrylics. Got a full set and they are just... weird. They are a little far from my cuticles and I bled a couple times. They just seem lumpy and uneven. I will say though, they took me as a walk in and were done within 2 hours and didn't cost much. The man was also nice.

I absolutely love this place I’m so glad they’re back open they’ve always done a job on my nails and toe nails too! I would suggest going to them to anyone they are very nice and professional and I do a good job! They are also super close to my house which makes it even better!
