Nails Spa & Beyond Old Bridge

I am normally not the one to write a review but after days of my private message going unanswered, I’m taking it public. Hi! I came in for a gel set and gel pedicure today. I did enjoy the pedicure, the service was nice and relaxing. But the gel set was less than desirable. All of my nails are different lengths, and they are way shorter for what I asked for. I also had asked for the color “bubble bunny” by OPI, the nail tech Janice said that she had it. But used a regular pink neutral on my nails. The service was just not worth the price, and I normally do not complain, but I paid just about $140 for both a set and a gel pedicure and I can not justify doing that again. I have never met a more unprofessional technician in my entire life. Lily was the most rudest and horrendous person- she never says hello, will downright ignore you from the moment you walk to her desk to the whole process and not even a thank you or goodbye at the end. She did a 2 second hand massage at the end of service, stood up didn’t speak and just left you at the desk. I’ve been going to her for a while and she keeps getting worse and worse. I recommended 2 clients to her and they both left because of how nasty of a person she is. I heard owner is notified and doesn’t do anything about it. She is so nasty to multiple customers who’ve I asked and will penny pinch you on everything. Her attitude is abbhorent and doesn’t make doing your nails enjoyable. She should’ve been let go a long

saw Chloe for the first time today for a gel fill and she was so nice and did an amazing job. she was quick and shaped my nails beautifully. you can tell by her work that she puts effort into making sure your nails look nice

Went in to get a soak off and gel manicure. Got my nails filed down to the molecular level THEN soaked off…before going back to file it down some more. I wouldn’t even call these fingernails anymore. I guess the color is cute.

I have been coming here for about a month and a half and they are my absolute new favorite, go to spot. My nails last me without any chips or breaking and they take their time and genuinely care about their work. Pricing is very reasonable and their salon is so clean and spotless. They have an easy to use online system that makes booking appointments a breeze and have a wide variety of colors and designs to chose from. These nails were done by May, 3 weeks ago, and they look as if I just got them done. They are so friendly and welcoming and I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new spot! I have had a few different nail techs and they are all absolutely fantastic!
