Was booked with Sandra for my first appointment and she was so sweet! It was like talking to a friend & catching up. She checked in on me throughout my appointment to see if I was comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. Absolutely sweet! What a great experience!

The staff was so nice and everything was very clean! But today I got a Brazilian wax here for the first time (I had very good experiences at other SugaringNYC Locations) — and I’d like to preface that I have been hard waxing and sugaring for 10 years now. This was the most painful (I dont find them usually painful at all) Brazilian I have ever had. The sugar was cool to the touch so the application pulled often and was super painful. The placement when sugaring was really frustrating. The waxer only did larger strips the first couple passes- for the remaining time she continuously placed wax in small dot sections (did not spread the wax) and pulled directly up.
