I had a scheduled appt for more than 2-3 weeks, and it got canceled today, the day of, they did not workout a resolution. My nails need to be done, and they couldn't and didn't have a back up plan. I paid a $50 deposit that they refunded, but they left me hanging without a solution. Now I have to find a salon to fix my nails! To the owner, post my comments that were "unnecessary and disrespectful" because the weren't. Don't try to name my feelings as you don't know how I feel or think. Your salon did not offer options... post those too, there wasn't any. You as an owner should have back up options when urgent situations arise because they will and did. It's your business, it's your issue when employees can't make it to work for any reason... there could be many reasons. Don't try

I can’t say enough amazing things about this nail salon! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the friendliest team. They’re so attentive and really take the time to hear you out. I just recently started my Russian manicure journey, and after only a couple of visits, I already feel completely comfortable and confident in their care. They truly listen, pay attention to every little detail, and deliver exactly what you ask for. It’s such a great feeling to find a place where you feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. I’m already looking forward to starting my pedicures with them next! Highly recommend! :)
