Nails Recreated is a must for anyone looking to get their nails and/or toes done! I was most nervous trying to find a new place to get my nails done and I was told about Nails Recreated. As soon as I walked in I was met with the most welcoming sense and that they were excited for me to be there! Everytime after that Becky and her amazing team are just that- genuine, respectful, heartwarming and just a real gem to be around! Becky the owner is truly passionate about what she does and how she makes people feel! She is by far the best person and will always make you feel welcomed! I booked a level 3 structured gel mani. After checking out, I noticed it was done by a level 2 tech—no big deal, except I was charged level 3 pricing. First strike. The mani barely lasted a week before it started to lift. I usually get 3 weeks easily with this type of mani. Strike two. I called 2 weeks post appointment to explain the situation. They told me they’d call me back. No call, but I did receive a text asking for me to prove what my nails looked like. Sent. I explained that I was happy to pay and wasn’t looking for them to be re-done for free, however they were lifting a lot and I was concerned they’d rip off. What I like about Nails Recreated is that they will certainly have a staff member that's right for you. My first visit, I wasn't too impressed with my nails, but wanted to try again because the salon was very inviting. My second visit, I had Karolina and she was amazing! I could just tell this time around they were going to be sturdy and she shaped them how I wanted to perfectly. She saw that a few were lifted and was gentle in fixing them. Very kind and just a great experience. I would totally recommend her <3

The salon was a great environment. I understand everyone is at different levels. 1st they separated my daughter and I for appointment, then they didn't have the service that we booked on the phone with the receptionist, which we should have left then. We opted to stay and try it. Then at payment my daughters was $15 more than what she was quoted when she called and specified everything she was getting which was disheartening for her as she was using her own budgeted money. Then to top of off we finished 30 mins apart and I had my nails complete 5pm Tuesday and one already has broken off and it's only Thursday.

I’m absolutely thrilled with Yana’s work today! She did my manicure and smart gel pedicure flawlessly. Everything was done to perfection – with incredible precision, attention to detail, and amazing skill. I haven’t seen this level of quality in a long time. The salon itself is a pleasure to visit. The atmosphere is so cozy and relaxing, and the staff are warm and attentive. I was the last client, and the salon was already closing, but I never felt that Yana was rushing. She worked with the same calm confidence and focus as at the beginning of our session, completely dedicated to achieving the best result. This truly speaks to her exceptional professionalism and passion for her craft. I will definitely return again!
