Sophia is exceptional! I’m neurodivergent and can struggle with communicating what I see in my head. I’ve had several bad experiences with other shops in the area. Sophia takes time to understand what I want and is willing to make appointments 🥳. The atmosphere is relaxing, they offer free drinks during service, and openly communicate pricing. I am so happy to have found a great nail shop in town! I have enjoyed a pedi, mani, and waxing services thus far and am pleased with them all. Oh…. And she ate again!!!! Duh 😝

I Just Wanted To Share MY Experience. As Soon As I Walked In I Was Greeted And Ask What Would I Like To Get. Sat In The Chair Immediately, No Wait Time. The Lovely Sophia Did My Gel X Medium Fullset. Sophia Offered Water/Juice And Ask How Comfortable I Am. I Was A Little Skeptical Because I Never Had Gel X But Sophia Made My Experience Overly Pleasant. She Did Exactly What I Asked Her To Do All Under 2 Hours And Did Not Complain One Time. I Received So Many Compliments Already. My Overall Experience Was A 9/10. Definitely Will Be A Returning Client.

I WAS BURNED TERRIBLY I LEFT A REVIEW ON THEIR INTERNAL PLATFORM AND WAS NOT REACHED OUT TO. I got my eyebrows and a pedicure done here last Thursday, two days before my BIRTHDAY. Tony was who serviced me. He was too busy trying to crack jokes and be funny instead of doing quality work. He burned the absolute life out of my skin waxing my eyebrows. I didn’t notice until i left and the stinging didn’t go away. I then noticed redness and texture in the skin and could not touch it. It was burned badly by the wax. It has swollen twice since I’ve gotten them done. My toes looked fine overall but there is some pain due to him setting the polish with the gel flooding my cuticle. Total lack of care and professionalism. I wish I had known the stinging was an actual burn. I would have never paid for

My eyebrow lady works here, have been going to her for years and she never disappoints. I won’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows. I go for pedicure as well, always comes out pretty. Only thing for me is its a bit expensive. I have a nail tech that does intricate work and sets here cost almost as much as her for regular work, no extra add ons. If you’re not on a budget, this is the place for you.

It was a great experience with Nail Pro . Time well spent, great trained and knowledgeable staffs, neat environment. My friend and I had a great time doing our manicure and pedicure.
