I have been a faithful customer to this business for over 4 years. About a week ago I went to have a pedicure. They just got back from there vacation. I told her I had a in grown toe nail. So she processed to cut and dig in my toe until I pulled back and said that was enough. She then told me to put my foot back into the water. So my toe was so sore when i left the shop. Then i went home and soaked my feet for the next three days because the job i do i am on my feet for 8 hours. So told I decided to go in and speak to them about it. To see if they had some type of compensation. They both denied that it happened in there shop. So i told them they will be hearing from my attorney.

My sister will be going to heaven 😭 Friday we showed up 9 deep after calling in advance there was two workers and both had mugs on there face like they wanted to beat us up the way they talk to us we still had a seat to get our feet done for regular polish on children feet one child was $100 we got up in left because the work and the mistreatment is why we got up in left one worker was screaming you have to go else we’re we can not get polish off of any of your toes?? I can see why it was empty because they were rude and we had a license nail tech with us who offered to help him get the polish off

He was very rough, jerking and pulling my hands and fingers. He talked on the phone during the entire interaction. I asked for dip powder, but he insisted I choose gel...I guess gel is easier for him...but his paint job was messy, he didn't paint the sides or the tips. $85 for gel on fingers and toes, and no, manicure and pedicure is NOT included...$85 just for the mediocre polish.

This place was horrible. When I walked in the door they only had one customer and they let me just stand at the front desk for about a minute before acknowledging me. When he asked what I needed I told him a fill-in. He responded by telling me they couldn't help me unless Iwas getting my nails cut because they don't do long nails. My nails are about an inch long from cuticle to tip. I expected to pay an extra fee for long nails, not be totally refused service. They will never get my business even if I do cut my nails.

I was almost amazed by how rude they are. When I walked in, there was a man and a woman working there with only one customer. They ARE NOT friendly and treat you like you're bothering them by coming in. The man just stared at me in silence like I was crazy. I turned around and LEFT!!! There are too many nail salons in this area for them have the NERVE to behave like they're the only ones and that they're doing you a favor. I would never... let me repeat myself, NEVERRRR let them do so much as clip my left pinky toenail. They don't even deserve the ONE star they got from the majority of these reviewers.
