If you are looking for pure bliss, get the new pumpkin pedi. Thank you, Amy, for pampering me so well! Everything on the cart was used on my legs and feet. What an ahhmazing and delightful experience. Hana does my manis and is always so friendly. She makes sure I’m relaxed and comfortable. She also never rushes. Her attention to detail and perfection are exceptional. Isn’t this mani beautiful? The whole team is so friendly and welcoming. I do not believe the negative reviews. Lani is there all the time walking around to ensure the guests are fully satisfied. If something isn’t right, she and the whole team will take care of you.

Beware. Not for the gals expecting upscale attention to detail service UNLESS, you have a specific tech. I didn’t ask for anything complicated. Long almond, c-curve French tip. Four techs later, I basically settled for something acceptable at a glance..if I wanted to leave the salon under 3 hours. However, my first experience with the tech Mike was wonderful. He did the same set I was trying to have redone this time with little input or instruction from me. Flawless skill. This is only my second time, and for $70+ (I tip $15-20 typically but actually could NOT this time because it was truly a poor experience): I shouldn’t have to ask for cuticle trim, revision of bad shaping, removing hair, removing bubbles from rushed coats ect. Will never ever return. I got a UV light burn from the expensive treatment. I do not recommend. I drove back to complain and they don't have complaints or anything to report; Mall security had to help along with the FMPD... The treatments I paid for they selected for us and took what I wanted off the screen saying that they would provide a menu. Nope. I had to ask over an over again. Then yelled at over a toe issue on my pedicure. UV ray burns, ER status and I'm stuck suffering from that. Don't if you do, that's on you!

My daughter and I came in to get a manicure (her) and pedicure (me). They had availability pretty quick for both of us. Which was great! They told me to sit down in the chair, put my feet in the water… It was cold. I immediately told the lady sitting next to me and she said 00 OK and then move something and then I put my hand in the water and it was even colder water coming out. I told her and She then turned the water off. Nobody did anything. They acted like it was no big deal so I asked the customer next to me if her water was cold and she said no. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Finally, the guy came to me never fixing the water problem. So right away he gets the nail clippers and clips my toenails. He’s on my last little toe and he literally cuts the toe right next the nail h

I hate complaining about my nails, I never do. I came here one time and the lady filed my nails down so much, she even nicked me a few times. I didn’t think they looked that bad but they kind of hurt. I tried to go a day with them but I couldn’t bear it. These are so uncomfortable. I called to complain and try to see if there was anything they could do for me so the owner asked me to come in. When I came in, she told me I asked for these. Would you ask for these??? I’m never coming back. For $75 I got gaslit and the worst nails I’ve ever had! 😐
