Nails Plus

I've been coming here for a couple of months and getting a Mani-Pedi with gel. Roughly $85 w/o tip. I've only had one problem ( gel chipping within two days) with a set that is not pictured. Overall the nail techs do a good job in a timely manner.

I went in for a wax and they somehow got wax in my hair. Instead of acknowledging it or apologizing, they tried to pretend it didn’t happen and just kept going like nothing was wrong. I had to point it out myself and tell them to remove it before they even bothered to try. The whole situation was unprofessional and honestly pretty embarrassing. If you want a place that pays attention and takes responsibility for their mistakes, this is not it.

I've known this place for 15 years, I don't come often but I always walk out feeling happy and with beautiful pedi/manicure 💕 They have always been very nice.

I called to inquire about a full set prior to going. I wasn’t told I needed to make an appointment. When I brought my daughter in, one of the workers (there were 4) asked me what I wanted. I told her she would be getting a full set and after I explained, I was told that they were busy today. There were only 3 customers there who were all getting pedicures. They didn’t appear busy and just seemed like they didn’t want to do my daughter’s nails for her birthday. Why ask what we were getting and then say you’re too busy for one full set of acrylics? Take your money elsewhere.

I've had excellent nail service for more than 5 years from Nails Plus. I've needed high quality, long lasting, strong, well shaped and smooth nails for guitar - Nails Plus has delivered consistently. On several occasions including traveling when I have used other salons, results were not great - Nails Plus has provided much better work that other salons. The local staff is friendly and I see other customers treated with courtesy and professionalism. Staff turn-over is low and this I think speaks well of the business. Costs have been quite reasonable; my nail costs are affordable and I have given gift certificates for pedicures and other treatments that my family has enjoyed for very cost effective prices.
