Nail's Plaza

Went on Saturday to treat myself to a Mother's Day Pedi.... It was my first and will be my last time! The girl doing my feet cut my cuticle horribly, worst part she never acknowledged it with an apology and never attempted to stop until the blood was literally running down the side of my toe. The nail polish was barely doubled on that side because my cuticle kept bleeding. Grateful for the lady that tried to fix it but, it's a NO for me!

Wanted a marble design, but they don't know how to do it. Settled for white and it looks okay, I'm just glad he painted close to my cuticle unlike the other nail shop I went to that said they can't do it. It was empty I went around 9:35 am on a Tuesday and the nail tech took his time which I liked. Fill in $20 + gel polish $10.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I came for a simple manicure and pedicure and came out worse than i did going in. During, I tried to tell them that she was being too rough. Language barrier aside, I communicated distress and she disregarded and kept going. At the end, I realized they cut into my nail bed on one finger and left deep scratches on every single fingernail on both hands. None of the employees could buff it out so they didn’t charge me for it. That’s how bad it was. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I paid $30 for a gel manicure. That’s my finger one week after going. One of my other fingers lifted completely the next day. Don’t come here, they have bad products.
