Nails on Brown | Natural Nail Care

Chose the Luminary builder gel manicure with Grace and this is literally the best my nails have ever looked. It does take longer than a regular gel manicure, but the results are so worth it. Grace is amazing! She was so fun to work with to choose the chrome topper for my polish, too. The whole shop is classy and clean, it was hopping while I was there but all the techs and clients were so nice and in good moods. They had the TVs playing Gossip Girl; just a very safe, relaxed, enjoyable feminine environment.

I have had very good experiences here in the past. Today’s wasn’t. Full disclosure, I mixed up my appt. time and was 90 minutes early. The staff was lovely and explained they couldn’t fit me in any earlier than my 3:00 appt. I understood; it was totally my error. I came back at my correct appointment time, checked in, chose my color and was seated. But then I sat there for 15 minutes with no tech and no one saying a word to me. The salon was busy, but I was the only customer not being seen to. I kept waiting for someone to tell me something about the delay, but no one did. Other people were seated after me and had techs across from them right away. Why have appts. if they’re not honored? My time is valuable, too. I left, upset and disappointed.

4/24/25: UPDATE, the last 2 photos are what my nails look like after 3 weeks. They still look amazing!!! No lifting or cracking.... besides the grow out you can't even tell its been 3 weeks. Can't wait til I go back tomorrow!I went to Nails on Brown for the first time and will definitely be going back. Karla did an amazing job using builder gel. She was so sweet and attentive. My nails look absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend the spa as it's so clean and comfortable. I've already made my 3 week appointment!

Fabulous enough to earn a review from someone who never does these! We were squeezed in as very last minute customers and were SO happy with the services provided! Catalina was WONDERFUL. I have NEVER had a tech spend so much thoughtful care, time, and attention to my nails. She was SO patient and kind to my 70 year old mother and both our nails look just perfect for the both of us. Receptionists were also very nice, facilities were clean and tools were even more so. 1000000% reccomend.

I've been coming to Nails on Brown for a year and a half now. All the nail techs are wonderful! Grace and Kelly are the ones I have seen the most and they are very detailed and make sure everything is EXACTLY the way you want it.
