Nails On 9th

I walked in the night I flew in to get a fill on my builder gel. Everyone was so accommodating and courteous. They were able to squeeze me in so that I didn’t have to come back later. My nail tech was transparent about pricing throughout the service and communicated well to confirm what I wanted. I was offered refreshments (water, tea, or mimosa) and they gave me a heated, weighted neck pillow while I got my nails done. My nails were so clean and lasted a month. It was an all-around amazing experience and the perfect way to start off my trip!

Terrible experience damaged my nails with removal of Gel X cut on my toe and continued to service while continuing to bleed so I didn’t complete my service but paid for what was done well the removal of my Gel X was barely removed the women who did it was clearly upset with me explaining that I didn’t appreciate the way things were being done and she had attitude stomped arround like a child the owner or manager had great service but can’t say the same for this woman. Wouldn’t recommend coming here at all

From the moment I walked in I was catered to, from being offered a beverage to the warm towel placed on my back. I got a full set and a pedicure both came out great!!!!

I was visiting from out of town and stopped here for a quick pedicure. The staff was very attentive and nice. They provided excellent service. I will definitely be coming back whenever I stop in LA!

This spot seriously needs to be shut down the staff is unprofessionally trained and the entire staff does not apply legal sanitation rules such as using a brand new drill or file as a trained professional cosmetologist this is absolutely disgusting and surprising that this place is still open they reuse dirty tools and do not care if they hurt you, while during my service the artist was filing so hard into my nails she left multiple painful hot spots and I told her she was hurting me and asked her just to soak them off in acetone she refused and said it’s okay after I told her she was hurting me I then had to speak up to the manager Tony who personally knows my father he did not care at all made me feel as if it was my fault and then told me to leave the store.
