I had such a wonderful experience at Nails of America Heights! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, & welcoming. The staff is incredibly warm & patient. They truly take their time with you. I never felt rushed or overlooked. They’re very catering to your needs & make sure you’re comfortable the entire time. If you’re unsure about a color or design, they’re happy to guide you & offer suggestions without any pressure. The attention to detail is amazing & my nails came out neat, precise, & beautifully done. The salon itself is very clean & organized, which I really appreciate. On top of that, the prices are little reasonable for the quality of service you receive. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients & the work they put out. I left feeling relaxed,

I'm in love with Ms Mia she's very gentle and her hands are amazing when she gives the massage.their prices are bit reasonable but also she will get you what you ask for with no complaints. The customer service is warm & amazing!! I'm in love with this relaxation. I will be coming back for sure !!!!! I paid $110 for a full nail set for gel builder done on the 5th, and within one week, two nails chipped/cracked. For that price, I expect nails to last longer than a few days with normal wear. I came back today to get them fixed and was told I’d be charged $7 per nail because I was one day over the 7-day policy. While I understand policies exist, nails at this price point shouldn’t be cracking in the first place, and charging for a repair that’s clearly a quality issue feels unreasonable. This experience was disappointing, especially given how much I spent. I expected better durability and customer service

am actually BLOWN AWAY. Like… this nail salon did NOT come to play. First of all, I came in with a nail I literally smashed in a car door (yes, smashed 😭) and I was fully prepared for it to look crazy forever. Tell me WHY they FIXED IT, reshaped it, repaired it, and somehow made it look NORMAL, PRETTY, and PERFECT like it never even happened??? I’m still in disbelief. The attention to detail was INSANE. Every nail is smooth, even, clean, and just straight up SICKENING. Shape? Flawless. Color? Perfect. Finish? Glassy. My hands have never looked this good in my life. The nail shop was a bit tricky to find, and parking was a hassle. It took forever to find an empty spot. The area was clean, and the buildings looked newer. I was greeted at the door, even though I didn’t have an appointment. They accommodated me, and I had to wait, which gave me some time to remove the old nails. The nail tech who did my nails, did a great job. It was my birthday, so I really enjoyed the service they provided.
