Nails N Beyond

I’ve been coming here for a few years and realized I never gave them a review. Came to appreciate them more when I went to other salons recently. First let me say Tina is a SWEETHEART and a must for ALL and any pedicure needs. I will now, NEVER, let anyone else touch my feet lol. She genuinely cares and her work ethic is out of this world. For my hand needs it’s either Kayla OR Emily. They both always go above and beyond when I come in. Very sweet and make sure I leave happy. Uploaded this pic of today’s chosen colors to welcome Nov.

terrible. I asked them for a neutral color that would be good. they do a full gel set that looks EXACTLY like my nail color. NOT happy. And when I expressed my complaint they said “okay, not our problem“. They offered me a discount after I already sent the Zelle, and refused to give me money back Just paid 38 to have my nails look the exact same with the harsh effects of gel….

I have been coming here for years mostly because I never have to wait. I have had some bad experiences and few good experiences, but still have supported this place bc I never had to wait to get my nails done. For the first time ever, I felt compelled to complain because I was charged for services I didn't receive. I allowed the charges and didn't make a fuss or make a scene because it was only $12 and I felt bad enough for the lady, I didn't want to embarrass her. If she was desperate enough to add on $12 worth of services that I didn't approve of, she must've really needed the money. What upsets me is the PRINCIPLE of it all! I received this gel manicure 4 days ago. I have been to this shop 3 times in total and the result has always been the same, but I am also a service provider and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. I clearly wasted my money again, and hope that the providers take their job more seriously to give clients what they are paying decent money for instead of this garbage. Very disappointing. Please do better. My gel pedicure has a very similar result.

Amazing place for gel acrylic nails. Have been twice for nails and once for mani/pedi. They offer colored French tip here which turns out gorgeous. Four stars only because they will try to upsell everything and the pedicure included about a 1 minute massage. Typically a good 3 minute massage is standard in all pedicures I have had. Otherwise the atmosphere is amazing and gel Manicure turned out great every time.
