I found Mary on social media and was super excited to get an appointment with her because her videos showed beautiful haircuts with layers. My appointment was at 12pm on Dec 30 and I walked in at 11:58am. Mary washed , butchered, and “blowed out” my hair all in 27 minutes. My appointment ended at 12:27pm. I was in shock because the haircut was terrible and I didn’t even want to ask her to fix it in fear of her butchering it even more. Her work did not match the videos posted on her social media pages. For $100, I expected more. I am not sure if she had double booked me because as I drove away I saw two more people entering her salon at 12:30pm. She was not rude or mean but she wasn’t welcoming.
