Nails by Sally

The first time I received service from this establishment was during the Christmas holiday, my granddaughter gifted me a full set with gel and pedicure. My granddaughter disputed the pricing on the full set $55 (excluding the cost of the pedicure $35), she advised Sally the tech whom performed the work (chair 6) upcharged/price gouged and the extra cost was the tech’s tip. So after 2 weeks, I decided to return to have fill-ins and was charged $45 including gel and replacing 2 tips; which I thought it was fair. I Returned the following week to have a pedicure with gel and was charged $35; good price with decent service. I returned Tuesday 1/20/26 for the fourth time to receive fill-ins and since one of the tips broke off, I instructed the tech in chair 1 (Lei or Lee) do not install a new ti

They just choose to put gel polish on your toe nails without asking what customers prefer. Regular polish lasts a long time on toenails without chipping. Most people don’t like gel on their toes. They need to ASK THE CUSTOMER BEFORE ASSUMING EVERYONE LIKES GEL POLISH. A $25 regular pedicure turned into a $40 pedicure because they used gel instead of regular polish. Save your money. It’s time for them to leave the community.

I won’t be returning you get what you truly pay for from the customer to the workers. It’s probably only 2 good techs in there Sally being one of them. Not a place to go for a relaxing nail date got my nails done 06/29 it’s only 07/02 paid $45 but I should of went elsewhere for peace and a better full set it was nice at first but I see now a rush job never last long.

I will never go here again. I went in around 630 because I was getting off work and my usual nail lady didn’t have any availability. The nail lady acted like she was in such a rush to get my nails done. Like they were about to close but they still had a bunch of people in there getting services. She cut me multiple times with the drill she was going so fast. My cuticles look horrible and still red days later. Not to mention the gel polish looks clumpy and thick. I’m so unsatisfied but I don’t want them touching me again to fix it so I just left. No thank you!

Last time at this establishment!! I requested a coffin shaped set with the ombré French, towards the end, I realized it was sloppy, my cuticles were flooded with acrylic, all my nails were crooked and over filed.. I told the nail tech I didn’t like them, please start over. He said he will fix them. I told him it wasn’t possible because he already over filed the sides to the point where I could see my nail bed meat. He got so angry, aggressively started cutting my nails off to the point where I had to snatch my hand away out of fear he’d cut me and make me bleed. He got a bowl and poured acetone in it and spilled majority of it on me and said hurry up and soak off my nails so I can “go home.” Smh. I asked him why he was upset, he said he’s not, he’s just ready for me to.. again “go home.”
