Nails by ME

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years, but my last visits the services are so rushed. I visited yesterday for a soak off. The foils were removed after less than 3 minutes because the technician was informed someone had just arrived for a pedicure. The acrylic was still intact, yet she drilled it down to my natural nails instead of allowing them to soak. My nails are now thin, peeling & one is cracked. Rushing a service to attend another client should not come at the expense of damaging another paying customer’s nails.

Never disappoint when I come here I get exactly what I show them . The atmosphere is always fun jokes laughter and friendly that’s why I love it. Some time I joke around saying I dont come here for the nail but for the atmosphere lmfao but do come for both

NEVER AGAIN!! This was my first time and my last!! If you are going to have techs that are still learning please make your customers aware or atleast have someone sitting with her along the way. I spent almost 3 hours in the chair to get 4 nails soaked off and a new set, wasted money and felt taken advantage of. The manager knew exactly what she was doing when she gave the technician to me and noone guided her and just let her mess up my nails. I was being nice and didnt want to embarrass her by expressing my dislike for what she was doing or lack there of and thats on me, but NEVER AGAIN!! I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted and what i left with was absolutely not what I got. What I got was uneven nails, a weird shape, short, frumpy, messy work. VIBES ARE AMAZING Came in at 10am music was on and they were all singing. You can tell they enjoy their job Latino owned- they speak Spanish which is awesome! Lari who did my nails was so efficient and she was lovely. Definitely will make this my go-to spot. Side note: Cash payment is probably better than card.

Paid $65 for pedi and full set. A lot of people are complaining about the culture at the nail shop but I had no problem. The tech doing my nails spoke little English but when she didn’t understand me she got someone to translate which was no issue. You get what you pay for. Yes they are cheap I paid $65 for a pedi and full set. Well worth it!! I’ll def be back.
