My first experience at this nail shop was amazing when I came with a friend of mine who referred me, but the second two times really disappointed. I gave this nail shop a second chance today after the last experience I had here. I came in on Valentine’s Day to get a full set and a pedicure, and although my nails were very nice the lady doing my toes didn’t listen to nothing I said I wanted as far as the color and design. She cut me a few times with the tools and it just wasn’t a pleasant experience. I still tipped both ladies and figured it was an off day. I came back today at 4:30 and saw the lady that I wanted to do my nails and I asked how long she was going to be before she could get to me and I was told an hour so I left for an hour and I came back and she wasn’t done so I waited pati

Love how my nails turned out! Sooo cute, took about an hour and a half (which I think is great for amount of detail). Much more inexpensive than most other places in Houston area as well. Will be back!

Nails by Me used to be my favorite go to nail salon but honestly I think they’re falling off. At my last appointment, I had a lady who was singing loudly in my face and she did the worst French tip set on me. This time I go to the second location for a regular set. The color is cute (I picked it out) but the shaping is horrible. I asked for square nails and they’ll be like okay, no problem and it’s not even squares. Will definitely be going back on Monday to fix this….also before I went in I called and asked how much is a refill on a full set, they told me $25. When I got there, I was charged $40. I’m about to go back to booking nail techs.

Have been getting my nails done here since they opened up a few months ago. I previously visited the location on clarewood but decided to give this location a try. I really love my new nail tech I bring a picture and she’s always more than willing to try out whatever crazy design I’ve fallen in love with this month haha. The place is clean and organized, the staff is really friendly, and the quality of the nails are always great. What I really appreciate is that the nails are always reasonably priced. This is definitely my go to nail salon and I highly recommend!

You get what you pay for, my nails were cute when she finished but she cut me a few times and the gel polish burned under the uv light. Ive never experienced that before, the tools aren't washed regularly because when she went to cut my cuticles the was dead skin from a previous manicure, got at your own risk but i definitely do not recommend
