I absolutely love Amy and she understands my personality and she does nails to express my creativity and fun side. I do my nails very differently each time but they are always an artwork!!!

Owner/Management and staff are always kind and helpful. Serena has been doing my nails for a few years now and they always look great. Easy to make/change appointments, and they really do their best to give you what you want every time. I am physically disabled and they have been accommodating every time.

We called more than a week in advance to schedule manicures and pedicures for our special girls day with my mom, daughter and niece. We walked in on time for our appointments and were told they didn’t have them written down. I even showed my call log proving the day I called and made them. No accommodations were made to reschedule or get us in later. Very disappointing. We called Angel Nails just the next plaza over and they were more than happy to accommodate us later that afternoon. They did a great job and were clean, too.

Got our nails done for a wedding. 👍 Pros: -We had great pedicures last time so we came back for manicures. -We called ahead to make an appointment and they got us in no problem. 👎 Cons: -They got polish on 3 different parts of my sister’s hand, and left it. -Rushed the massage that lasted about 15 seconds per hand. -They finished with bubbles in our polish and they did not remove the excess from underneath our nails. -The total cost was $66.

Honestly I don’t know why I keep coming back here other than out of convenience. They just don’t do a good job. I’ve had 3 gel manicures so far and every time the paint job has been subpar. They had 2 people trying to force me to pick out my polish color as quickly as possible this last time and it made me very uncomfortable. I get that this is the least worst place in town but I would definitely take the time to drive into Austin. $30 for a color change is just not okay.
