“I feel like I just solved all of my problems!” My yoga is extremely important to me. Mainly because I believe yoga is a way of life, not an exercise. I do love the physical side of yoga because I believe it is a gateway to mind and soul transformation. It saved my life, so I was really upset when I hurt myself going into full splits completely cold (like a good yoga teacher.) I heard and felt a pop in the ole hamstring which resulted in an inflamed sciatica the next day. Clearly I needed the humbling but I’m a baby about not being able to fully practice. Something about ego 😜 Thankfully, I practice at Heart and Soul where Brad Offut has devoted many (many) hours to training in Thai and Ashiatsu massage. Today I was fortunate enough to receive an ashiatsu massage with Brad and it’s absolutely the thing I’ve done for my body (aside from taking care of it with yoga!) This was my first time receiving this style of massage and I’m only doing this from now on. I didn’t have any specific injuries to treat but was just very tight and I walked feeling so restored. Thank you Brad for putting so much care and attention into your craft. It was nothing less than the perfect massage.

I first came to see Brad about a month ago with several areas of chronic pain that were creating abnormal movement patterns/dysfunction. Brad’s unique method of fascia work is extremely effective in reducing pain and improving mobility—quickly and with lasting results. After a few sessions I feel like a different person. Brad is easy to work with—he’s compassionate, has detailed knowledge of anatomy and various methods of body work. His inspiration seems to be helping people get out of pain and back to enjoying their lives more fully.

Heart & Soul offers so much to this community. The level of yoga is suburb! the teachers are ALL educated and lead classes to help each yogi grow & heal is more ways than one. PLUS the Ashiatsu Massage is AMAZING too!!! We love this studio and EVERYTHING they have to offer.

Amazing. Enlightening. Eye Opening. Relaxing. Rejuvenating. Intense! Those are just a few words I can find to describe my first time experience receiving a Ashiatsu massage from Brad! I had NO idea what BAGGAGE my body has been dragging around. Seriously within minutes I was feeling the release. He walked me through and explained all that he did and why. Less than 24 hours and I already feel leaner, and stronger both mentally and physically! Thank you Brad see ya next week!!
