I went to your nail salon today for an 11:00 am pedi for me and my husband. When I made the appt a week ago, I specifically said I wanted them to happen at the same time. This did not happen. I was completely done at 11:30 and my husband had not even started yet. Then one of your employees or maybe the owner, brought in an obnoxious loud screaming running and crying kid! I did not pay to listen to a kid yell during what is supposed to be a nice relaxing pedi. If you don't have childcare, don't subject everyone else to this by bringing your kid to a business!! I felt like I was at a childcare facility. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. And by the way, my wife had to sit for an hour and 35 mins after she was done with her pedi waiting on mine to get done. Ridiculous.
