Nails by April

I came here 12/1 like maybe 2 hours before closing. Horrible job I kept having to tell the lady the dipping wasn’t covering all my nails. Then some nails were longer than others. Not to be mean but she could barely get the light to face down to see my nails. I spent 68 dollars here for not even 24 hours later the dipping to chip away. Nails aren’t fully covered by the dipping. WOULD NOT recommend. Then when I came back the lady seemed bothered I was not pleased at all. Sucks cause it’s so rare I get my nails done and this was ridiculously ugly. I might as well have let my niece do them for me and she’s 3 😑

Worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. Pics of my shellac nails for reference. My toes were just as bad. (No feet pics for free here tho.) There’s literally nail polish on my skin…on my toes and fingers. Polish needs more coats and it’s lumpy. I’ve had serval negative comments on my nails since getting it done. I didn’t have time to stay and get it redone so I didn’t even ask. Also, I didn’t want to waste my time if it turned out the same. But they didn’t even acknowledge that it was awful, so maybe that’s the normal service they provide?? Staff was friendly butttt I paid for a service and expected my nails to look professional. Side note, I am not really picky… but I am disappointed I wasted my time and money.

Horrible service, the old lady there does a terrible job. She’s rude and made one of my fingers bleed a little. When she was doing my nails she asked me about my rings and jewelry and started talking to her co workers in a different language and then she asked me for $10 more dollars even though I had already paid my total for the service. After I gave her that she started taking with her co worker again and came back to ask me for five more dollars. Mind you I had already given her a $20 tip when I had initially paid fully for my nails but I did not want to argue with an elderly woman so I gave her the extra $5 and left. I feel like I was scammed and taken advantage of. I do not recommend this place, if you happen to go at least book the nail service with the young lady, she was way nicer

I have been trying to find a great nail salon in the area. And I've found it! It was clean, the staff was friendly, very thorough, and my nails are perfect! They were very accommodating. They really wanted to make sure that I was happy and really went above and beyond! And the prices were very fair. This is my nail place from now on! Anna was my nail tech. She is amazing. Please go here! Love it! Thanks soooo much!!

Happen to be spending the week with my sweetheart at one of galleria's hotel. Wanted to get a tire replacement. While waiting on my appointment I made the decision to have my eyebrows waxed. The staff were so nice. I forget the nail techs name but while there she asked me of I wanted a manicure and pedicure. I told her a simple manicure would be fine. She then told me about shellac. I had always been curious about this. So I agreed to have this done as well. I chose a beautiful red color I wish I would've written down the number. Because the color was striking against my skin color. I appreciate that she did not use any power tools on my nail beds. Great work ladies. I wish you were closer to where I live. I plan to continue use shellac.
