Nails By Andy

Went in last night with my bestie and her mom they were treated like queens I was not. My bestie started her pedicure 10 minutes before and ended 20 minutes after me and we requested the exact same service just different polish color. My nail tech didn't speak to me at all. And it hasn't even been 24 hrs and the polish is coming off of my toes. I went to eat and home to sleep. No reason why polish should be coming off or the lack of interaction while at the salon. They were tipped nicely but the service was not it for me. Especially since my toes are messed up not even a 12 hour period later and over 65$ was spent on mine alone.

They didn’t listen to me at all. I told them I just wanted polish on my nails and they kept switching nail techs so when I told the first person what I wanted when they switched the second one didn’t know what they were doing and they literally just started chopping my entire nail length off when I wanted to keep my length. By the time she did that it was pointless to tell her to stop cause my nails were all uneven and not shaped. I was gonna just do a purple glitter polish and she said that’d be $10 and then they said they’d have to do shellac and that was $30 and I asked if they had a normal glitter polish and she said yes but then they never showed me that and still charged me for the shellac since she just told her daughter to do that one anyway. I've never been so happy with my nails until I went to Andy's! Everyone is so welcoming and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing!! I can thank the nail tech who I had enough!!! I highly recommend going to Andy's if you want top nails and to be in a clean and welcoming atmosphere! I will definitely come back!! Thank you all for great nails and top service

Fantastic work!! I got the builder's gel over my natural nails and I couldn't be happier with the work and the experience. Thanks to Andy and the team for doing such am excellent job! I don't even live nearby but I will certainly consider making the trip in the future for such great service. 10/10, no notes.

I paid $81 for regular polish for my daughter, me and my sister. The polish started peeling off within a couple of hours. My sister asked for regular polish, but they insisted on shellac—likely just to charge more. My toes turned out okay, but they cut my big toe. They also chopped all of my sister’s nails off without asking, didn’t shape them, and gave no care to the look. The whole place was chaotic, constantly switching clients between different techs. Several staff members came across as rude, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable. I will never be coming back.
