Applying her vast knowledge of the anatomy, technique, and skill has been a God send for my severe neck and lower back pain. Sara knows exactly what to do to relieve my discomfort from knots, tight muscles, and a stiff neck. I always leave there feeling so relaxed with wider range of motion and tensions eased. Sara is truly the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She has a remarkable ability to pinpoint the issue and performs a medical grade massage treatment! I came to her on recommendation from my Chiropractor and I’m so thankful I found her. I have a torn rotator cuff and the process of getting into to see the Orthopedic Surgeon and waiting to have surgery has been a 2-3 month process. The muscles in my neck and shoulder area were very painful and without massages from Sara I would have considerably much more pain. So very thankful for her!!
