Nails & Beyond

I am so happy I stumbled upon this place last Spring. I have been coming in regularly (every month) to get my nails done since last March. I like to do fun things and usually come with a picture. Every single time they deliver. Last night I gave them a challenge and they refused to let me walk out without doing what the picture looked like. I had two other nail techs jump in to do the design and I LOVE them. They treat my kids (who sometimes come along) so sweetly and I feel like they treat you like family. I’ve had several different nail techs and have been happy every time. My appt last night to remove dip and refresh, with design took almost 2 hours BUT is that really such a bad thing when they work to perfect their art?! Love them and will continue to support them!

Very sad. First time manicure and I am so disappointed! After I left I had to clean out the Nail filings under my nails. She only used a very coarse file and they are now rough on the ends and catch on clothing. There are still areas around my cuticles that need trimming. She was sweet and polite but the end product was poor. I will fix it all. I told her it was for my daughter’s wedding. I truly received less than stellar results.

Was looking for a new nail salon so stopped in this morning as a walk in. Was taken right away, service was overall excellent, and price was reasonable. Two specific things I really appreciated: 1. I only had time for a basic pedicure (and that’s all I wanted). They didn’t push for an upgrade in service and they didn’t add anything on without asking (which my last nail salon did and is why I left). 2. I’m a very indecisive person. Staff was helpful in recommending colors for me so that I wasn’t staring at hundreds of colors trying to decide 🤦🏻‍♀️ I appreciate the patience. This will now be my go to place.

A great time every time! I’ve had two different nail techs in the few times that I’ve gone and they have done a great job every time! Super nice and affordable!

OMG I came in here to do a refill for gel polish. I was charged $60 just to do that and took them 1 hour 15min to get it done. I feel the price is ridiculous. I feel I was overcharged for this service. Next time I would ask before getting it done. Waste of my time and my money. They double charged me!!! How unfair!!!
