The technician was very nice, but the quality of service was extremely disappointing especially for the price. I felt like I had to accommodate her throughout the appointment. She filed my pinky nail so much that it started bleeding and kept commenting that my nails were too long without explaining there was an extra charge to shorten them. She used an orange acrylic over my pink base, which made the French tips I wanted impossible, so I had to switch to a solid color just to cover it. The final result was uneven, lumpy, gritty nails with streaky polish. I expected much better quality for what I paid.

I had the most amazing experience at this nail salon. Rosie did my nails and I absolutely love them! She was so sweet and is such a professional. If you come here, make sure you ask for her.

I get taken care of by Sai for all of my GEL-X needs! She is incredible and precise with her work, she pays close attention to detail with her line work and makes sure I’m happy every time! The salon is always extremely clean and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I trusted Sai with my wedding nails due to the longevity of the past sets she has done on me, every set I get last 3-5 weeks depending on if I chew them off or not, they literally last forever! I also really like the condition my natural nail is left in after they come off, in my experience they cause less damage to your actual nail underneath the extensions. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to get their moneys worth! They deliver a remarkable experience everytime!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! And if I could give Rosie 20 stars, I would too!! I always walk out satisfied with a nice fresh set! Rosie is very gentle and pays great attention to detail. Just moved to the area and I feared I would not find a great nail tech until I came here! Rosie is just a DOLL !. Can’t wait to come back.
