Nails At Last

Will never go back ! They were so aggressive! I left with all kinds of cuts on my cuticles to the point I was bleeding continuously. They don’t clean their utensils and now my real finger nail is coming off due to a fungal infection smh !

Came with a friend and I will never come back! Poor service, rude staff, frustrated that you ask for something you’re paying for.

I had such a great experience here! The spa is clean, relaxing, and everyone is so welcoming. The customer service is amazing—they really take the time to listen to what you want and make sure you’re happy with your nails. Mia did my nails and she is the best! She’s so detailed, gentle, and talented. My nails came out absolutely beautiful—exactly how I wanted them. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for both quality and great service.

came here for my nails and left disappointed, all the equipment is dirty and they don’t clean their brushes or change out the liquid for nails. they don’t cut or clean cuticles at all they also didn’t trim my nails just straight up drilled through my nails so much then threw some glue on, (btw my nail beds are throbbing bc of this). the line work was kinda sloppy and uneven, the man doing my nails didn’t really check to see if the lengths matched so they’re all kinda uneven, was super disappointed even saw the man doing my nails cleaning the brushes with his long dirty nails and then dip it back into the brush continuing to use the same one on the next customer. do not come here !! super unsanitary and they overcharge for sloppy work

DO NOT get your nails done with the lady’s, if anything go with the men who work there, they do an amazing job! But the reason for the 1 star- I went to take off my acrylic nails and told the lady to not cut my natural nails because it took so long to grow out. She got my hand and CUT my natural nails. i was so upset and she just started laughing and talking about me. she told another lady to finish helping me and that lady seemed so lost. i wanted to ask for her certification to do nails because she left my gel nails looking so lumpy. all that took 1.3 hours! at the end when she was charging me she told me it was $53 then went ahead and ADDED HERSELF A $7 TIP WITHOUT MY OK. i was so annoyed, my nails looked horrible, they cut my long natural nails, my toe nails look crooked, i felt so jud
