Nails 410

They were the 3rd place I went to today and they were able to get me in right away without an appointment. They helped me pick my nail colors perfectly off a Pinterest photo and I had (I felt high maintenance asking but they were happy to do it!) The shape and length are perfect. I appreciated that they were gentle and checked in on me often to make sure I was comfortable. They were deep cleaning all of the pedicure basins while I was there and swept the whole salon. Looked to be a deep cleaning day, which I appreciated seeing as a patron.

Came in for a unique color change and he did a fantastic job!! They came out so cute and I appreciated the attention to detail. This is my second time visiting the salon and both times have been great. I would definitely recommend. Adding my square nails and the inspiration pictures.

Horrible!!!! Don’t come here!!!!!! Edit to respond to the owner- I came in and asked for a dip MANICURE and a pedicure. The pedicure went amazing and then they started to get busy. I sat down and the lady I am assuming the owner said what color dip, I told her and showed her a picture of the Mickey ears I was hoping to get. She said “ok” ok” but seemed annoyed. She had they start multiple other people who they did not have the staff to surface. 5 minutes in she asked me if I could wait so she could help someone else and I said I couldn’t. I had a meeting but I could skip the nails, she said no no and then basically went as fast as she could so she could charge me. Date of Visit: 10/13/2024, 3 PM | Location: Nails 410, Bonny Lake I went in for a fill with regular nail polish (due to an allergy to gel). The listed price was $30, but I was charged $35 without explanation. While getting my nails done, the nail tech insisted I should get gel polish, despite me repeatedly saying I’m allergic. She then suggested I get a full set, which I didn’t want. The shape she gave my nails was incorrect, and when I asked her to round them, she refused to fix them unless I paid extra. She also didn’t ensure that my nails on both hands were the same length, which was noticeable when she finished. Unlike another customer who was asked to pay after her service was complete, I was asked to pay before she filed or the polish was even applied, which felt unprofessional. To
