I had such an amazing experience thanks to Dawn, Cookie, and Joanna! From the moment we walked in, they were all so welcoming and made the space feel warm and inviting. The common area is set up in such an inclusive way—it really encourages connection and makes everyone feel comfortable and at ease. I came to support my best friend during her appointment, and Dawn did a butterfly cut on her that turned out absolutely AMAZING! The layers were flawless—full of movement and volume—and it framed her face perfectly. You could immediately see the skill and attention to detail, and my best friend walked out glowing with confidence. The service overall was attentive, friendly, and professional. Kris Richen is amazing! I love the way she can use baby highlights to blend in with my grays. It looks so natural that no one can tell that I am turning gray. The experience was great and I love the products that the salon uses. My hair has never been so soft right after coloring it. The color and cut looks fantastic!
