Nails 4 U

I brought my mother in for a facial wax and a full set of nails, and the experience was extremely disappointing. She left in pain, with multiple burns across her face due to wax that was clearly overheated. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism. Whoever performed the service should not be allowed to wax clients if they can’t ensure basic safety. On top of that, the full set of nails she received on Friday (11/14) was already chipped by today (11/16). The quality is so poor it honestly can’t be overstated. We paid $100 for these services, and it feels like money thrown away. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The pictures speak for themselves. Super nice, but no respect. Murdered my poor cuticles, my fingers were sore for 4 days, so I had to get them removed.

Excellent service and friendly staff! They took their time to make sure everything was perfect. My nails look stunning and feel strong. Definitely worth every penny.
