Nails 3000

Took my daughter to get her first pedicure and the woman didn’t even speak to her at all. She had her headphone in talking on the phone during the whole appointment. She applied the second color coat, put the light on then left to start another clients nails. The man doing my nails had to go over and finish her top coat and light. My top color doesn’t cover my whole nails, as well as the top coat doesn’t cover the entire color. Customer service, quality and pricing all need improvement.

I do not recommend Nails 3000 to anyone.😞 I went in for a fill-in and was upcharged for everything, including having them trimmed shorter. I was fine with that. However, the end result left me very disappointed. All of my nails are too short, very crooked, and so thin you can see through them.

There were only 2 techs there (rest were on vacation) and it started off fine doing my pedicure first red flag when they put the hot towel on me they did ONE towel on both legs. Usually they wrap each foot and legs and put them together. They didn’t even ask what kind of pedicure services I wanted 🤌🏻 then it was my nails. She was super rough and didn’t put much attention to what she was doing. They’re shaped okayish but some are bigger than others (I got coffin short) then she painted them. I left went to a store and I noticed they were peeling so I went back she said they didn’t dry correctly and told me repeatedly how sorry she was. Which okay it happens no big deal except we did longer on them drying (they’re gel so using the blue light thing) and they’re still bubbling. Should’ve read

The quickest pedicure that I have ever had. More concerned with getting as many people in as possible. Never given an option for types of services. She only wore gloves while working on callus. Then handed me off to a guy for the manicure which was the absolute worse manicure of my life. Filed nails and painted. Didn't push cuticles. Left rough edges. Only polished center of nail left sides unpainted. Asked him to remove polish he left on my skin. I only got to show one example. He scraped his fingernail over that polish which did not take it off and didn't bother looking at the other spots. I guess they didn't like that I declined the fact that the both kept pushing for gel. Had no idea what it would cost until they wanted money. They charged as high as other places or higher for shoddy s
