Copper & Co Salon Spa

The best, and my favorite, salon!! I’ve been going here to get my nails done for a couple years now, and Rani is absolutely amazing!! She is nothing short of talented and she gets my vision EVERY time. I highly recommend Rani, as well as Copper and Co - all the women that work there are so kind and take pride in their craft.

Ashley Trout is one of the most talented nail artists I’ve ever seen. She’s creative with her own designs and she can bring your ideas to fruition with a brief description. I’ll send her an idea and her response is always “I gotcha”. And she does! She never ceases to amaze me with her talent. I get tons of compliments on my nails every time she does them. Very intricate detail is her specialty. She’s a wonderful person to talk to. We’ve been friends for years so I always get my “therapy session” during my appointment. We laugh, we cry and then we laugh some more. I’d never go to anyone but her. I’ve attached a couple photos of one of my favorite designs she did for me.

I recently *thought* I reserved a mani and pedi here on a Wednesday after work. Much to my horror, when I got there, I never hit reserve! No matter, Kim took me in at 6 pm for both! She was so kind and patient while I chose colors, gave advice for the best services, and even after the appointments, she gave me a tour of the new spa area. I never felt like she was inconvenienced or in a hurry, and I’ll happily come back to have her anytime! What a great experience.

I get my nails done by Ashley. I get acrylics and this is the only nail technician I’ll go to. I have been going to her since before she was at Copper & Co and this is my favorite salon that she has ever been at. The ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming and kind. The vibe is really BoHo comfortable. The salon is always clean and seems super friendly and welcoming. I enjoy going a spending a few hours there every other week on self-care.

I do not recommend this salon. I just had a haircut by Mandy Norman here and was very, very disappointed. I felt like a burden from start to finish. She did not introduce herself upon meeting me, nor did she even greet me at all for that matter. She took me back to chair still covered in other customer’s hair all over the floor (extremely disrespectful). She rushed through the haircut and was very heavy handed, even acknowledging she was being rough at one point. She briefly apologized for pulling and tugging on my hair with the straightener, but then continued to do it. She made forced small talk and truly made me feel so uncomfortable for being there. God forbid a woman needs a haircut. She was rude and miserable, and I would never go back to her. I hope she can figure out what’s going o
