Nails 2000

Yesterday was my first time at this salon. Dianne was amazing. She is such a sweet soul. She took care of my extremely damaged nails from years of acrylics. She made my natural nails look beautiful and strong again. She had so much attention to detail and made sure each nail was perfectly symmetrical without me having to ask. Thanks again. Nancy gave me a foot pedicure. I am an old guy, really have difficulty cutting my toe nails. She took care of them , included a foot massage ..excellent service.

I do not usually leave bad reviews unless I need to seriously warn other people about a place. I went here once before and the job was fine. I often move around nail salons for convenience purposes but will NEVER come here again, and may not even get acrylics ever again because I am traumatized by what they did to my nails. The second time I came here (a few weeks ago) someone gave my perfectly fine natural nails a fresh set of acrylics. I noticed she did not wash my hands or anything before applying the powder and was a bit worried about this, even asking her about cleaning it or prepping my cuticles, and she said “oh for acrylic it doesn’t matter” if it was manicure she would. So I trusted that she knew what she was doing because duh, she’s a nail tech. I wonder if this was why they all

Not impressed. I jump around to various nail spots depending on location and convenience. I came in for a gel pedicure and nail dip without acrylics. My toes have held up nicely, but my dip has chipped, cracked, and peeled from my nails. I've never had it happen this badly. I would be more forgiving if it was only one fingernail, but it's multiple fingers on both hands. This is not the quality I expect when getting my nails done. I'm also one of those people that goes a month or more before getting them redone and that isn't even possible with my nails the way they are right now. :( I was planning to return for 1 new dipped set, but I have decided not to return due to the dip cracking.

They are all so friendly... yes they do speak in their native language but most people that English isn't their primary language do often.. no matter what business you're in. They take their time to try to make your nails look perfect. Both my daughter and I got manicures and pedicures. Very bright and fresh inside they have complimentary water and candy (mints) in the center table in the waiting area.
