Nails 2000 Plus

I’ve been here several times for gel manicures and usually had decent experiences. This visit was different. I opted for a regular manicure and paid $55 for the spa pedicure (one tier below their highest service), primarily for callus removal, since I’m about to have a baby and wanted something low maintenance. Unfortunately, both the manicure and pedicure felt rushed and poorly executed. The shaping and polish application were uneven, and the pedicure itself was inconsistently finished and lacked attention to detail. When I shared that the callus remover didn’t seem to be done properly, the response I received was, “they were done, we have cameras,” rather than an effort to assess or correct the issue. CoCo is wonderful! She does a great job on my nails. Very even and nicely polished. It is always pleasant to spend time with her discussing books, movies or family.

Anna is phenomenal. I had a TAP fill And my nails look better than I expected. She was very efficient and knew what she was doing! I also had a gel pedicure with the best foot massage included. I highly recommend this salon in Carlsbad.

Tbh I really wanted to like this place cause it's kinda close to where I live but I am only giving 2 stars cause she didn't cut my cuticles and when I asked her she said no, I did and I watched her, the pictures show she didn't and also put pink polish on my nails and that wasn't the color I picked out so that was awkward too, she was nice though, just disappointed, I judge a nail place on their work or lack of effort and have found many tend to be lazy and not cut the cuticles and hate that, I can do it myself and not pay $40+.

Came here for a pedicure and the male tech from the moment I sat down was surly and looked unhappy. The spa pedicure chair was broken and he was put out that I wanted a chair that worked. He barely pushed back my cuticles and did very little cutting. I asked for callus remover and I still have calluses on my feet. The 5 minute massage was a joke. My feet don’t look and feel like I just had a pedicure. A total waste of time and money. Will not be back.
