Nails 2000 DESOTO TX

If I could give them -0 I would. I’ve given them chance after chance & yet they still MESS UP! I will never be back to spend my hard earned coin here ever again. I’ve literally tried to give me them 3 chances since I liked my toes when I first came, but now it’s always something. Main thing is they’ll say they close @6 but when you call or go they all of a sudden can’t take any more ppl. Like CHANGE your hours or something. Last bad experience, T drilled on my toes so much they chipped in 2 areas. Donna acts like she can’t do ppl nails. Then when I expressed myself, they weren’t compassionate. I was told “if you not happy just don’t come” like ok & I WONT. Now you have another bad review when I hate writing reviews bc I like to resolve it with the business first but HERE WE ARE. Edit si

I went the week before Christmas to avoid the long wait times/Christmas rush. While this isn’t my regular shop, I figured since I was just getting a simple dip on my nails it wouldn’t be a bad idea to go here. I got my nails done on a Wednesday by Wednesday night the gel was already peeling off my nails. I didn’t have time to go back up there and let tj fix it. As of today (Wednesday—a week later), I have 3 nails with peeling gel and one starting to peel. Never again

I am very pleased with this facility, they listen to my concerns. Until otherwise noted they will be my technicians.

I’ve been here many times but maybe the last 4 times I’ve continued to have bad experiences. The last 2 times I got fungus on my nails & I’ve never had that in my life! & one time when they removed my nails & saw the fungus , they just shaved it off. The girls who do nails well are the girl in the middle row in the middle seat & the girl behind her with the glasses. They actually listen to you. An older lady at the end of the second row did my pedicure & literally ripped off a whole piece of skin literally an inch long! from my big toe which didn’t need to happen!! My toes are fine and dandy , they didn’t need that. It hurt so bad & now my toe is swollen and infected ! I did my toes for a special event and couldn’t even walk , it hurt so much! This was my 2nd time getting my nails done here and both were good experiences. My only concern is that they don't take appointments so depending on when you go you might have to wait for some time.
