Nails 1st

I had to go straight to another salon to have my nails redone after leaving here. The techs at the other salon all laughed when I walked in, my mom laughed, and a customer at the salon laughed.. that’s how bad they were. Very sad I’m out $50 for the service, $5 tip… so $55 total. I called and she refused to give me a refund, but offered to fix them after I already told her I got them fixed somewhere else… The pic doesn’t even do justice to how bad it was.

My sister, nieces, and I all had the best experience here yesterday! Not only did we receive excellent treatments, but the owners are so personable and SWEET. We felt as if we were visiting with friends- she even hugged us all before we left. It wasn't our first time here, and we'll definitely be back!

Great customer service, they go above and beyond. The pricing is good. I showed them a reference photo of what I wanted and they didn't have the glitter shown in the photo so they took the time to mix like 6 different glitters to get it to exactly what I asked for. When I went in they were busy so they also gave me a discount for being patient and waiting. Even though I was a walk in and they had to do extra work to give me what I wanted they still gave me a discount. Plus my nails look amazing! I highly recommend this nail salon. You won't be disappointed at all. 7/12 Adding to my review it's the only place I go and every time I'm never disappointed I still highly recommend, they are amazing!

Absolutely love going here! Great prices and even better company. Kim is the sweetest by far so caring and attentive to detail. Just left from getting my toes done and will be back again soon!

My daughter had an end of school year event. ..so, at the last minute (my busy fault) I called every shop around town and Mrs. Kim did us a favor (& as first time customers too) She did her nails last minute and with a great price. (Also, I feel like we rushed her meal break, which I wouldn't love happening to myself but, still She was only a few minutes to be with us (I hope she finished her food) she worked so quickly & with obvious experience & talent ...she really did great work and was so kind! We don't really do nails often ...but for next time ..I would return as a customer.
