Today was my first visit and I left very satisfied. Derrick did a good wonderful job. My nails are beautiful. Derrick suggested I do BioGel, which is actually what I wanted! I didn't realize I asked for the wrong thing at first (I just started doing gel vs acrylic recently and didn't know the right terminology). My nails are so smooth and strong. Thank you Derrick! The venue is large and clean and accepts all kinds of payment. 👍

Called for a pedicure.. they said no problem come on in. The lady was nice but my pedicure is so so. The skin prep isn’t the greatest and neither is polish. I have bits on skin and it’s poorly applied. They have refreshments but never offered me any. They don’t check to see if you’re happy with service because frankly they don’t care. They got you in, collected their fee and got what they needed. I will not be back. Such a let down.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this salon. The application of Dazzle dry was done incorrectly, and I have no idea how they are certified. The carts were in complete chaos, with visibly reused files and multiple bottles of chemicals that were not properly labeled. When I initially brought up the incorrect application of the product, the staff was very rude. As someone who is also certified for the product and licensed as a manicurist, I was surprised by their lack of professionalism. All I wanted was for the steps to be done correctly to ensure the retention of my nails, as I am spending over $80 for these services. Two of my nails broke 3 days after I got them done with bio gel. I was incredibly busy at the time and so I superglued them several times (about 5 over the course of 10 days). And then I finally had some time to come in and get them fixed and they refused to fix the nails. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and I have never once come in to have nails fixed from breaking. They said because I didn’t come in right away they couldn’t know if I was telling the truth which is an insane thing to say to a customer. I proceeded to show photographic evidence of when the nail broke and I called my husband and had him confirm that he had helped me superglue the nails many times over the course of the 10 day period and they still refused to fix the nails because it was their “owners policy”. Andy did a great job with my nails. He was very patient and helped me pick a color based on my inspo pick. There was a little bit of wait but overall had a great experience.
