1/1/2026 - Happy New Year! I was the first customer to enroll a monthly membership program in New Year 2026 and received a wellness treatment in both Lymphatic Drainage and HALO SALT THERAPY Service upon the store opened the door. Alyse enrolled me as a new membership program quickly and told me how to use the HALO SALT THERAPY Service, especially advised me to take off my polo shirt so that the infrared can penetrate my skin for better results. The manager also plays a key role how to apply a gift card into my membership program account! 1/2/2026 - Today, I tried the CRYOTHERAPY that has my body gone through a subzero temperature in 2 minutes. After the treatment, I felt my body SO GOOD! All staff I met are very friendly. Use "JeremyFD69" for a $10 discount.

This place is amazing! I always feel relaxed after a great massage from Kimberly. Equipment is top notch with advance technology. And best of all the place is sparkling clean. Cryotheraphy, Lymphatic drainage, halo, rapid recharge gives me the power combos throughout the week to help my body recharge. Love going to this place and see happy corteous staff no matter what time of day. Yes - kudos to all staff, each and everyone of you 😊 Money well invested in health both mentally and physically.

I am so happy that the Heights Wellness Retreat is open in Porter Ranch. The ambience is absolutely over the top amazing and so is the staff. Extremely grateful for the space.

I just signed up and a new member. Been there twice. Both experience were great. Tried the meditation and recharge. Today, I got a wonderful massage from Dr. CJ😉, who is truly good therapist who knows her stuff and made feel so much better. Thank you so much CJ. The meditation needs some adjustments that I was not aware I could have them adjust the sound and vibration. The recharge which is lower body compression is also a nice therapy I can get used to on a regular basis. Overall, worth trying the membership for now and hopefully will keep it for awhile.

Fantastic experience. The cloud 9 lounge is awesome. Before massage, I started with a 2 minute Cryo therapy followed by a 15 minute meditation on the vibro acoustic bed. There are also other rooms that I’ll try next time. Will definitely recommend friends!
