Recently someone I know was placed under quarantine and notified the business owner. Despite the individuals honesty and not wanting to put others health in jeopardy the owner still charged them a fee for full the services they didn't get to receive. Terrible business management since you would think the owner would be more concerned about slowing the spread of covid-19 and a clients wellbeing more than money.
