Nailed It Hoboken

I’ve been going to NailedIt for years, and love the service and the very talented nail technicians. However, my last couple of visits have had inconsistent pricing with the service not matching the very high costs for a nail set. I paid $175 (including tip) for a full UV gel set with a minimal French tip design which they labeled as a tier 2 design. Two months ago I paid $160 (with tip) for a full UV gel set with tier 3 designs (hand drawn fishes were amazing). No discredit to the nail techs as they always do a lovely job, but the overcharging from ownership has gotten egregious. It’d be helpful if they at least had a decent rewards program.

I visited this place after checking its online ratings. I admit I was 10 minutes late. While the technician did a decent job, I noticed that the finishing could have been better, as you can see in the pictures. Additionally, there is an imprint on one of my nails. I tried to sit as still as possible to avoid distractions. Lesson learned! I will try another branch next time. Also, before booking an appointment, be sure to request a head technician. Extension of My Review: Customer satisfaction is important. Within an hour of my review, I received a prompt and thoughtful reply acknowledging my experience and offering a perks that can be used at any of their locations. I appreciate the quick response and the effort to make things right. Hopefully, I’ll have a much better experience next time

I had such a wonderful experience at Nailed It. A special thank you to Sofia, she’s the one who made it all happen! Her skill, patience, and eye for detail truly brought my nails to life. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be coming back.

Each time I leave this salon I am always so thrilled with my nails! The quality of the UV gel, detail oriented paint job, and designs are absolutely incredible. Highly recommend this salon for anyone who appreciates quality, with a boutique salon feel as well! One of the best manicures I’ve ever had. James was incredible. His attention to detail, even on a simple set, was unlike any other nail tech I’ve had. He was very kind and made sure I was 100% happy with my nails. The spot is also so cute and they have a huge selection of colors/designs. Couldn’t recommend enough!
