Hannah is the absolute best!! She is such a pleasure to be around and she does amazing work. Here’s just some of the pictures of my nails that she has done.

I come here often but will not be back after too many issues like today. The acrylic nails are smaller than my actual nail and looks like they are already grown out by a week. These photos are from 5 min after I left. They are also lifting up like ski slopes and my natural nails don’t do this. I’m so sad and angry to have wasted $50 on this set. I need them done for a few events this week and next week. I actually went back to the same tech a couple hours later explaining my concerns and to have them fixed, which was a mistake on my part. Pictures in the car are the first time I left and pictures on the grey towel are after they were “fixed”. This is NOT the level of expertise I’m looking for. Honestly I’m embarrassed to have my nails look like this.

Everyone was very nice and I had a good experience while getting the services done. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. It all looked great. However, within twelve hours my gel manicure was peeling. The day after the entire set peeled off my fingernails with no effort.

I usually don’t leave reviews but today I felt the need to leave one. I also don’t tend to speak up during nail appointments when I’m not happy with something, however Sandy made me feel very comfortable, and I spoke up at the beginning and she did everything I asked her to do. She never got to a point that I wasn’t happy. Sandy was incredible today! She was gentle with the filing because I was concerned about my nail health, and my nails have never looked nicer than they do today! She definitely has a repeat customer here!

There seems to have been changes since I last visited Nail Xpert. I was there at the end of December and noticed prices went up no big deal I get it everything is expensive right now. However, my 16 year old daughter went in yesterday to get her nails done it cost her $125 for a pedicure and full set with some designs. I am not at all happy with how her nails looked all bulky and the designs that were not that hard look a mess. I frequented here often and the two people we usually use are gone. I don’t know if there was a change in management but I won’t be back. The one picture shows the inspiration behind the look. The white tips are my daughters mind you she wears kids gloves so she has small hands.
